In the 1960s Scandart Furniture Company was based in High Wycombe England & designed wonderful midcentury Danish style furniture with a Scandinavian influence. The sofa is a good size, has been professionally reupholstered in blue grey textured Camira wool fabric & the beech arms, legs & frame have been refurbished. The sofa is an attractive shape & with a simple mechanism changes from a three seater sofa to a generous & comfortable sofa bed.
